3 veins next to each other, bump on top of my penis, i have it for 3 or more years

It doesnt hurt, i thought it is normal so thats why i didnt get it checked for so long. And i absolutely hate going to the doctor. I dont feel it even if i masturbate, and i think excessive masturbation caused it. What do u think it is? (sry for english)

If you want this resolved, or at least know what is going on you would need to see a Urologist

The only differential would be blood clots but dorsal vein thrombosis is relatively rare. Masturbate less frequently and see if they appear smaller.

kk, so should i not masturbate for like a month and see how it goes? if it doesnt change then i def need to go to urologist, right?

I don't think you even need a urologist, your primary doc should have some insight. I apparently didn't finish my initial post because the other likely diagnosis is a varicosity or varicose vein. Lots of men have them, if you are concerned, bring it up at your yearly physical. I would still take it easier on the masturbation, as if it is just a little inflammation from overuse, it will go away.

hello friend, now i have same problem can you to tell me what is this and how did you treat ?

I'd also say varicose vein or some other vein damage. As another said, it's reasonably common. However I doubt any reduction in masturbation will have any difference. Hard to know what was the cause of it though.
