The bump near the meatus looks like skin irritation from masturbation or sex.

what was your exposure if any?

    Does it itch or burn?

I used to masturbate daily. But lately I don't do it much because of all this. what do you mean with exposure? it doesn't burn, sometimes it stings when I urinate, but that is mostly when I have been drinking a lot of coffee and not eating quality food. does not itch, but my butthole itches almost every evening

By exposure, i meant, have you had sex lately?

Over masturbation can irritate penis skin.

Try to relax for a few days and keep it dry.

      Don't use soap.

      Reduce coffee intake too.

Seems to me that you have a small bacterial infection. Dont worry, I've had these before quite often(I'm circumcised unfortunately)

Use clean fingers to rub your glans(head) under warm water- no soap!

Keep your forceskin retracted and let air dry then put it back I place until you urinate. Try to keep it as dry as possible and clean it everytime you get a chance. If you live in the states then see a doctor for antibiotics but be warned they may bring up circumcision and that is NOT something you want to do. If you love in a foreskin- loving country then see a doctor if you can. If not, keep washing and it'll either get better(you're young so I doubt it wont) but if it doesnt go to the doctors asap!
