I would have thought it will remain painful for a good few weeks, if not months, after surgery. The nervous system can take ages to settle once disturbed.
However, if the pain is a burning feeling along with inflammation at the operation site it would be worth a visit to your doctor.
Mike.

Although you need to keep mobile be very careful not to overdo it you are still healing from a very invasive operation, please do not try to hurry things along you will
Only pay for it later and in a big way, I'm not trying to frighten you but takenit from us who have been there, we understand how frustrating it is to get back to "normal" but listen to your body and rest when needed, take care and be patient pleaae😊
