3 weeks of Nausea and stomach pains HELP

Almost 3 weeks ago I was throwing up early hours of morning ever since I have had Nausea and pains all over my abdomen mainly the lower left/middle side, I am always belching full of gas, Where I have never been like that before this. I i constantly feel sick without being sick, My bowel movements are typically lose NEVER watery but have been also normal a few times. The nausea typically is worse when lying down on my back where I also have to get up a lot to belch as I get full of trapped wind

Ive been given nausea tablets which have not worked, I went to the doctors twice who told me its a stomach bug, However it seems to be getting worse all they have checked for is IBD and took a stool sample,

I went to the walk in center up hospital as it was getting worse I seen a doctor there who thinks I might have gallstones , why I was there they asked what test I have already had done I told them nothing only test if I am glucose intolerant and a stool sample, The doctor was very angry that They have not checked ANY other bloods like Full blood count, Renal Cholesterol ect, As I surfer with High blood pressure and these should be checked as a per minimum so he sent over hes report to my doctors surgery requesting them I need a full blood test and ultra sounds done and I have to get an appointment Monday to talk to a doctor about this,

Im at a point now where id rather not but here than feel this sick 24/7 without anything helping, Doctors dont seem to care , I just want to know for sure whats causing it all, The stomach pains are uncomfortable at times but thats nothing compared to the Nausea.

Anyone ever had anything similar to this, Looking on like it can be so many different things, and as my aunt was diagnosed bowl cancer only last week im so scared could the same as she had similar symptoms

    hopefully everything will be ok. change your diet and lifestyle to healthy do your best and insist on having blood tests and abdominal xray. im also having bad silent reflux issues. its awful.

      I have silent reflux and standard reflux when I feel the acid coming up. Gaviscon and a good glass of milk does the trick for me.

      I have had the condition for years and the cause was thought to be a weak oesophageal sphincter opening when it shouldn't and letting acid spew out. Stress was the initial trigger. Since the treatments I use work and I know the cause, I simply accept it. As it has not got worse over time, I feel no need to focus on it/monitor it because this will only cause me stress which could trigger a bout of reflux and my IBS.

    Simply wait calmly for your doctor's appointment and further testing. Doctors do care. The fact that your current specialist is ordering more tests indicates you are getting help. Do not look up anything medical online because you are unlikely to get accurate information. It is too general and doesn't take account of individual circumstances and will cause you severe health anxiety.

    hi Jamie...I can relate. I have nausea pretty much every day, it's been months now. I was diagnosed with GERD which does cause nausea. I also was just diagnosed with functional dyspepsia, which is where the nerves in the stomach don't work properly. it's a chronic condition unfortunately. Have you lost weight? low appetite?

    Thank you all for your messages,

    I have just had a phone call regarding my stool sample and blood test, I got told my blood test yesterday was normal no action but the doctor wanted to discuss my stool sample via telephone but then she said discuss blood results so im unsure what it is and the next appointment he as for telephone is 9th of December, I was very worried as I knew they would get in touch with me about this I knew something would be showing, And I am very surprised how fast my bloods have came back if they was "normal" But surely if it was something they need futhur investigation they would of seen me alot sooner and face to face with any doctor, Just need to no for peace of mind what they want to discuss about the results
