3 weeks post op and feeling flat

Hey all,

I had Laparoscopic Surgery to remove mall gallbladder three weeks ago.

My incisions are clear and the pain I was having is gone.

However, I am having two issues;

  1. I have little to no energy. Its like i have low grade nausea or this heavy feeling and not a big appetite but i eat what i cant to make sure I am eating something as well as drinking gatorade. I started having the dreaded diarrhea two days ago but had taken one Imodium and it seems to have stopped it for now.

  2. I have these weird breathing hiccups I guess. Kinda like when your so upset from crying and you have almost palpitation breathing to catch your breath - if that makes sense ? It kind of feels like that. It comes and goes all on its own.

Anyways - the breathing thing is not an issue just curious. The energy thing is though. My small business is closed and o cant seem to get more than hour on my feet at one time?

Is there anything I can do more to gain some energy back ?
