3 weeks post op gastric bypass

I had gastric bypass just over 3 weeks ago and everytime i try do anything even after a few mins am achin and feel so weak like am guna collapse its stoppin me from doin anything also my whole body feels weak is this normal? Help plz

    Hi sorry your not well, have you phoned your advisor? Or maybe your Gp? It may be related or you could have another illness? Let me know how you get on? Hope your feeling better soon smile I go in on Monday for minesad

      Thank u hun i have docs 2moz so hopefully will see wat it is, best of luck with ur op its really painful firstfew days but does ease off hun just the weakness is a issue xxx

    Thanks I am terrified and thinking I've made a big mistake sad how long have you been poorly for? Are you taking your vitamins? Sounds like anemia or similar, but flu at this time of year could be getting you glad you are seeking medical help, well done on the op smile let me know how you are tomorrow? Hope you get a good nights sleep x

      Hun i wil be straight up with u about my op, i watched loads of vids on you tube asked loads of questions on ere n asked ppl but every experience is different, i was petrified at the thought of havin op and was starting to doubt my choice, ino rite now im not great but i stil think its best decision i made, i will tel u the first day i had op i was in so much pain and alot of it was the air trapped right near where the op had actually been done so i was in pain but with the week i got better and im so glad i done it just wish i had done it after xmas cos the fact of not being able to enjoy xmas n new year proper has made me really fed up but i think it wil b best thing u done hun and i wish u the bestest with it xxx

      Aaah the doc was absolutely useless hun proper crap so guna see doc tomoz at hospital cos got my first check up so quite excited xxx

      I feel much better today the dietician said the feeling weak is very common due to weight loss and stil recovering from op and small amounts of food and i have lost 2 stone im so happy

      Well done and glad your feeling better smile guess it's all worth it then, I'm on the pre op diet n no alcohol for me even though it's New Year's Eve x hope you have a good one smile

      Im very happy about it :D awww ino i stil cant have alcohol im not too happy been rough over xmas n new year not being able to do same as others but wil be worth it xxx have a lovely new year xxx

      Hi I had my bypass on 9 December, I have lost 2 stone also, how are you doing now? X
