32 Year Old Post Shingles Pain and Nausea

Hello Everyone ,

**This group is one of the most informative and helped me while I was going through SHingles.

**

I am going through lot of Health Anxiety , Stress for past 2 years and no wonder I got Shingles. It started with all that Back pain and pin point feelings like someone is poking knifes.

Now after 3 weeks all rashes are gone. 80% of skin is recovered and there are no signs of it.

I am having contineous pain around right lower rib , middle of stomach . Circular diameter of 5-10 Centimeters.

I started getting Nausea and Lightheadedness. I am not sure whether it is post effect of Shingles or it is because of my anxiety or Sinusitis ?

I am still taking Gabepentin. Not sure if sometimes that can also cause this

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    hey i am having the same pain has yours gone away?

      Yes it got better with time. I completed 15 days dosage of valicyclovir and gabapantine for 60 days. I still get bouts of pain sometimes if I touch the area. There was a time for 2-3 days where it was paining like a hell even when wind touches it. Stay there be calm , dont give up.

      i appreciate the reply more than you know. did you have any other illness which cause this for you if you dont mind me asking thats what i am afraid of
