I have never noticed this before and when I push out something seems to be protruding from my vagina? I feel no pain at all or notice any symptoms other than this looks different than any other time I’ve looked down there. Is this normal to happen when pushing down with ab region? Also, does this mean my vagina is loose?? I am 34, Female, Wyoming, sexually active sometimes

    I think that's just what it looks like when you're pushing out and contracting the muscles. I don't think it means you're loose, it probably feels really good for the other party.
