4 broken teeth and I'm 18

For the last few years my teeth have gradually started breaking, one of my back molars broke years ago and I had a filling put in but my dentist said I have problems with how my teeth have grown in and it is causing them to break as the gums are pushing them apparently, my filling then fell out as she said it was garenteed to stay in. I never went back to the dentist... my first upper molar then broke and my back molar and the other side and now my first premolar... I'm 18 what can I do, I aren't as bothered about the back teeth but I don't want to be loosing anymore, and would like something to replace my first premolar... help
