4 days late for a period! Getting paranoid!

I'm 4 days late for my period, I'm always on time never 4 days late, I'm always paranoid when I'm due a period, I even track them with an app so I know when I'm going to start and finish as I need to be prepared for when they come as I do suffer the first couple of days with pain and struggle to move.

anyway I'm 4 days late should I be worried? I've taken a pregnancy test and it is negative but as I say I'm paranoid as I'm never 4 days late always on time? could someone give me some advice please?
