4 days post op total hysterectomy

I had my cervix and uterus removed 4 days ago due to adenmoysis of the uterus and mild endometriosis. I am really dizzy and sore still and twitch alot. My belly feels like i am 8 months pregnant and feels like it's going to pop when I eat bread

    Did you have your ovaries and tubes removed also ? and was it DaVinci or abdominal incision .

    I'm 47 and I had a total hysterectomy 8/2/2016 via DaVinci and the only symptom I had is the feeling bloated and like I was going to pop after I ate anything, I feel good and haven't had any other problems, but I have put some weight on since and I don't like that.

      I had keyhole and vaginal hysterectomy of the cervix and uterus removed ovaries left in x

    I was bloated when I had mine back last Nov I'm still a little but I cut out bread and potatoes and eat healthy but it's hard when you get to a certain age

      I am only 32 scared of putting weight on. I have a 3 and 5 year old children x

    It's only early days yet it will be the gas they pump you with. I had a vaginal hysterectomy in may I was bloated for weeks. It will go down make sure you go for short walks each day getting bit longer as the weeks go on. Try and watch your diet with being less active. I tried to watch my diet but It was hard when visitors kept bringing cakes and chocs x
