4 month doctor follow up

OK, so doctor says that beyond what I am doing, I am out of options where they are concerned, except surgery. (I said opioids were off the table)
My doc does capsular release and MUA in one surgery. Don't think I am interested in that, though. It would require extensive PT after also.
She did offer me Melixacam, but I have had that before and it made me super tired, even in the day and may have messed up my liver enzymes, but would have to check on that.
So, I am exploring more alternative therapies and hoping beyond hope that this latest, worst phase doesn't last too much longer.
Not shocked at all by this appointment.....this FS stuff is not for the faint of heart. lol.

Hi again
i saw the surgeon last night on the way home from work. I went through the same procedure as the last shoulder. he would have done the hydro dilation today but i had work booked.
I am now booked in for next friday 2.45pm only 7 days of pain to go.
he showed me a recording of the first shoulder being dilated from the scanner. it was so bad the dye showed bone to bone it was that restricted. no wonder why i kept squeeking in pain all the time.
as the third part went in ( saline ) you could see the joint open up and the due go around the joint. thats when i felt the popping of the lesions coming apart
has he not offered this to you. on reading up on this it can be done twice within a time window to get maximum effect. and it is so non evasive
i was going to try MUA but when i see them tear the joint with force and the bruising it causes i opted out of that.
talking to the surgeon last night i was worried about how far i was i to my second shoulder with this. he looked bemused and said " do you hurt are you in pain. do you want it to go away"
its a no brainer. i hate needles but i cannot wait. i dont know what country you are from. i am in London UK . it cost me £100 to see the surgeon to get the ok ( 15 mins )
£550 for the minor operation at a bupa hospital
if any one else is reading this as well. have any one else had this hydro dilation done to their joint and how did they fair with it
or has any on gone under the knife so to speak how was it and how was recovery
all chat is good to find out the best out comes for us poor suffering people . at work they take the mick out of my shoulder thinking i am putting it on
you lot know the truth lol

I did not even think of k tape. thanks!
as for hydro dilation.....it wasn't even brought up. I wonder if that's because I've already had 3 cortisone injections recently.
did you have to do extensive PT after the hydro dilation?

hi mam
do you hold your shoulder as its a nagging ache the PT pulls it tight as you see in the pic. starting from the bottom and taping up to the neck around the muscle mass
Then across the arm taping up under tension / pressure. it just kinds of hugs the crappy bit
as for the hydrodilation OMG look it up on youtube. it is instant. the NHS did a cortisone injection nov. the surgeon just laughed at it. the mass injection really does work. I hate needles . i cannot wait till friday. you can actually feel the joint tearing apart and you actually feel the lesions popping off the capsule. it is so surreal feeling.
then straight away i was made to clap hands above my head.
a tear to my eye at this point as no restriction . pain free due to the anastetic. i carried on with PT due to the muscle spasm in me back and neck. now on the old side running free of knotts.
just working on the new problem shoulder which in 5 days will be gone
MY DOCTOR DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT HYDRODATION. A CUSTOMER HAD A SURGEON IN THE VILLAGE WHO DOES IT. I WAS WORKING IN HER HOUSE
SO LUCKY ON THAT
good luck and push for it
