4 months of unexplained symptoms.

So I've had some weird symptoms, chest pain it first started in the sternum it was reproducible so they said it was Costochondritis, anywho many steroids later that went away but still having chest pain and sometimes my left arm will hurt like an lightening bolt. I get headaches, muscle spasms all over my body, gasping for breath at night right before I fall asleep( sometimes ) pain in my rib cage, light headed upon standing up and dizzy, eye floaters that started the same time everything else did, and to add to the weirdness I've had a vibration in my left leg for weeks now, and then it started over my chest on the left side feels like it's over my heart. The tests I've had so far countless blood work sometimes WBC are high the highest they were was 14, neutrophils high at 77 lymphocytes low at 13. I've had a nuclear stress test and two echos the first showed I had mild tricuspid regurgitation, the second showed trivial tricuspid regurg, and now mild mitral regurg I'm only 26 so anywho I'm not in to bad of health but I feel awful! I had a negative cta showed 0 on a calcium score.. 48 hotter monitor showed a few pvcs like 19 out of the whole 48 hours. Negative d dimer, Ana, and rheumatoid. Sed rate was 7 so normal range. So the cardiologist told me he thinks it's fibromyalgia and Costochondritis... my PCP said that's nonsense... because I'm not depressed/ although I've been dealing with this for 4 months now and my anxiety is at an all time high, and I'm ready to loose it. I was put on amitripline for the fibromyalgia which did absolutely nothing didn't make it worse didn't make it better. Furthermore I've lost 37 pounds since all this started the doctors are all baffled. I also had an upper GI with biospys they found nothing. I have used Xanax for anxiety it doesn't get rid of the symptoms therefore it's not anxiety related. I've never had anxiety before so it's been weird going through all this and feeling like you're dying and having little to no answer as to what's going on. I was however tested for Lyme because I hunt and also had ticks a lot of deer ticks on me back in December... but the test came back negative not sure if it still could be but I am on the antibiotic for it right now so we'all see does anyone have any insight? Or been through the same thing?

Hello to you, I have all the symptoms you describe and many more. And all this has been going on for a year and a month and I have done countless tests including blood tests, MRI and CT. I understand you brother. The feeling is a feeling of helplessness and a woman who is a stage you are also afraid to read. They told me that everything was from anxiety and stress until they discovered a finding called "Small fiber Nuropathy." The finding does not explain all the symptoms I have, but at least it caused the doctors not to treat me as one who suffers from anxiety. The Floaters in your eyes is the strangest of all .... holding your fingers and understanding your heart. Be strong.

The first time I went to the ER for this they told me it was acid reflux I was like no no I've had acid reflux for many many years and it's never felt like this... the next time after they're like must be anxiety you should maybe go see a therapist, mind you I've never been to the hospital repeat times, and never had anxiety I've lived in a town since I was a kid and before this stuff started happening I've only ever been there 2 times and that was for kidney stones, even worse they drug tested me I guess because I came back in they thought she's obviously doing drugs which was negative. 😂

I forgot to mention one important piece of information this all started after a cystoscopy to remove a kidney stone... this started happening to me 2 days after the surgery... and no one can really figure out what's going on now I have to wear a 30 day event monitor to see if they can catch anything which cracked me up when they said hit the record button when you have symptoms... I'm like so pretty much all day then. Lol I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy it is by far the worst thing I have ever gone through if anyone has any idea what it could be I would truly be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks

Maybe it's related or not ... But You should aim for answers and do not get everything doctors say for granted ... I would also recommend yout to go and see a neurologist because many of the symptoms you describe are identical to mine and they all sound neurological ... If you Find the underlying cause sometimes it can be treated or at least can be ...
