4 months on Sertraline and no improvement. What has worked for your depression/anxiety?

I started Sertraline a little over 4 months ago, my doctor started me at 50mg and then slowly increased my dose to 75mg and honestly I felt no improvements on both doses. I feel really horrible some days, either I have very high anxiety or I feel very depressed. My therapist thinks Sertraline is not working for me (I agree) and says it may be time to switch to another antidepressant. What antidepressant(s) have you tried and did it work for you? Any shared experiences would be helpful.

I am not a doctor but i think you need to up the dose

i used to start with 50 then reached 100

it took me around 8 weeks to feel alot of improvment .

see your doctor and talk to him/her about what is suitable for your case .

    best of luck .
