4 weeks after dose increase

I'm wondering if it's normal to feel good for 3 1/2 weeks and the have 3 really bad days in a row after increasing? I was on 100 mg for years and the anxiety became bad. My doctor upped my dose to 150 mg about 4 weeks ago and the side effects were bad. They started to get a whole lot better after 3 weeks and I had a few good days. The last two-three days, my anxiety is horrible and my appetite is gone again. Please someone tell me it's normal for this! I want to feel better again!!

Totally normal. This happens till we are adjusted to our medication.

This is normal and I even feel anxious when I add 25mg. I’ve stayed at 100mg and been to hospital on life support with pneumonia & sepsis. I think sertaline is now helping a lot and I’ve got my appetite back etc.

I'm the same 5 weeks on Sert 100mg and I also propanolol 80 mg sr once s day.  I too take sn anti histamine to help with sleep. I seem to take a step forward and 2 back. I've been off work now about 10 weeks. Felt last week that I could go back and due to go back Wednesday but seem to have hit a brick wall. Anxiety, feeling sick, poor sleep, restless just seems to go on and on. Don't really know what to do anymore. Is 5 weeks still early days? Just coming to the end of my thether, and don't know what to do anymore!!!!!
