I am 11 weeks post op. Finally having less pain & stiffness. Not totally gone but I walk without a cane, do household & even some gardening chores & then ice & elevate. I am diligent with my exercises every day and FINALLY feel like there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there!
