Have you noticed any changes? If yes then you may need to allow more time or may need higher dose? I am on 50mg but my gp did say it's usual to go up to 100 or 100mg to get a therapeutic level

    Emma,

Always communicate with your doc because finding the right med or combination of meds just for you can be a hit or and miss endeavor. But it will work out.

Hi Emma, you could mention this to your doctor and perhaps suggest you 'decrease' the dose for a while, that might help the side effects!

I'm of the opinion that increasing the dose to quickly, especially if you are experiencing side effects, is not a good idea as the body does need to adjust to this medication.

    Hope you're feel better soon.
