4 weeks on 50mg sertraline feeling distant and like I’m loosing my mind.

Im 23 years old, I have been taking 50mg of Sertraline for around 4 weeks now and although the first week was hell ive seen massive progress in how little im having panic attacks. However over the last few days ive been feeling really spaced out, slightly blurred vision, like im just existing. is this normal? will i be okay? i had a panic attack tonight be ause i was so scared i was loosing my mind. im absolutely terrified of getting ill, or even having my panic attacks come back.

If anyone has any words of encouragement, id be really grateful. thanks alot.

    look up a group on facebook called zoloft(sertraline) bruno truth group there is loads of ppl going through tge same thing snd lots of advice.
