4 weeks on Sertraline - side affects, experience & advise

So my GP put me on 50mg of Setraline after I've been recently suffering with bad health anxiety. I wanted to share my experience so far plus get some advise on recent side affects.
So firstly the first 14-17 days were hell. I found it so difficult to fall asleep and when I did I would wake up every hour in a sweat. I was having increased anxiety, jaw clenching and uncontrollable figgiting and shaking. I also had some sexual issues with reaching orgasm. the worst however was the nausea and loss of appetite. I would constantly feel sick without being sick and the thought of food was making that worse. This lead me losing around 10lbs.
After the 17th day things did improve however and my sleep and eating has returned to somewhat normal and my anxiety has been better.
Now 4 weeks in however I've started getting side affects again. i have to mention that I have missed the odd dose on certain days because I'm not used to taking tablets and can forget (this i know is bad and I've been more consistent the last week) These new symptoms consist of constant tension headaches. it feels like pressure in the front of my temple and the back of my head/neck. I'm also waking up early with anxiety and nausea ( although the nausea disappears around mid day). I've also noticed that it feels like my eyes aren't fully focusing correctly and can become really dry at times especially at night. the last thing I've noticed is i seem to become dehydrated really quickly. if I don't drink water constantly throughout the day, my urine can become orange in colour easily but will return to normal as soon as I drink a glass of water.
Has anyone had this experience where they think they are over the side affects only for more to arise? and has anyone had similar side effects to these?
