Me too! April 8th was my surgery and I'm still in so much pain...soft tissue and nerves, which my doctor says is normal but it sure doesn't feel normal.

I am still taking pain 🙄pills

It's a massive operation. Just keep doing all the rehab exercises. It gets better.

Just hang in there.. I am 14 weeks, and I am doing great.. The hardest is sleeping at night.. Geting into a comfortable position can be challenging. I take Tylenol PM at night, and it helps.I had bilateral total knee replacement and am 73.. I am so glad I was able to have both done. Do your exercises, know it is going to get better. Remember, recovery takes time. It gets better every day. I am now able to do a recovery 20 minute class on my Peloton. Started with 5 minutes, and worked my way up. Good luck.. It does get better!!!
