4 weeks post op with silly problems

Hi guys I'm 4 weeks post op after having two cysts removed from inside my ovaries. Came out 1st week-had raging water infection (antibiotics for a week) 2nd week- then sever lethargy and breathlessness (chest infection and more antibiotics) 3rd week breathless ness no better had blood tests got results back folic acid severely low to the extent doc wants me on them for the rest of my life sad iron tablets for a month to boost the folic acid and he thinks I've either had or have a small blood clot on my lung so been on blood thinners for two weeks(nearly) and awaiting emergency ct scan (the one where you have due in your blood) to check or rule it out! I've also come on my period 4th day I am changing my pad every 15/30mins I know the blood thinners will make an affect to blood flow but this is like a horror film (sorry tmi) I rang yesterday he said he wouldn't stop them as I'm on iron anyway so shouldn't make too much off a difference but I'm really worried as I'm losing large clots to!! Has any one experienced this after surgery?? Xxxxx

    Do they always recommend removing all cysts? I have one that I know of on one ovary shown on ultrasound but she could not see my ovary that also has pain.

      If they are symptomatic yes xx I had a 10cm removed from in my right and a 6cm from my led xx
