4 years of dealing with an anal fissure on a daily basis, I'm so tired of this...

Hi there! I'm 28, I have had the same fissure since I was 24. I've seen many GEs and several specialists about it (I'm still getting the bills). Before I get more detailed I'll go over the basics — I've had an endoscopy and colonoscopy (no chrons, which I was afraid of since it runs in my family), I've had a Fissurectomy, and a lateral internal sphincterotomy (LIS); and just last year my newest specialist tried the botox injection. I've been prescribed and used/use several different topical medications, take sitz baths, keep things clean, I eat healthily, I'm not overweight, and I'm in decently good shape. I've tried every home remedy out there. Oh, and I use a squatty potty (love that thing)!
More details (skip if it's an overwhelming amount of text):
3 years ago I went in for a procedure w/ general anesthesia for a Bartholin Cyst issue — I've been suffering from this since I was 18, it was not fun to realize I didn't know my own body anymore. I have many scars and in surgery, they do not always sow you up well — When I woke up from anesthesia I was told they had to do much more work. While draining the cyst they found that my anal fissure had become severely infected and a lot of infected and healthy muscle had to be removed. What muscle was left behind was fused together, I had to basically wear a diaper for a year after that... sneezing at work became very embarrassing. After the Fissurectomy I still had not healed, so I went to a new specialist and they suggested LIS. Obviously, it didn't work, just drained me of my savings and eventually my job, I've not been myself for years. The third specialist I saw said that the topical solution mixed with a small amount of lidocaine was no good, said lidocaine would actually hinder the healing process, so he prescribed an in-house topical medication. No difference really. My last option was Botox... I've still not stopped bleeding... in 4 years. I'm so tired of this.
Ok, I'm done. I'll honestly be surprised if you make it through this novel!
If you have any new, crazy, experimental, iffy suggestions — I'm open to ideas!![/b] Especially since my body just cannot take more surgery, I've been told by my last doctor that I will be in a diaper for the rest of my life if they have to open me up again. If anything I hope it waits until I'm at least out of my 20's.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my anus.
