So the past two weeks I've had improvement already with my anxiety. No severe panic episodes. I also take .5 of xanax a day to get through this cross taper. When I took my xanax today, it made me feel really bizarre and I went into panic mode. I'm trying not to get discouraged but I was blindsided by this.

i havent taken xanax but i have taken klonopin before. never had that feeling . could be some temporary side effects of switching meds.
