Hi I've just received my results which says sinus rythem with rare episodes of sinus tachycardia, heart rate varied between 58 and 141, 2 isolated VEs and advice was to keep water up water intake and keep clear from caffine. are any of these things normal or should I be concerned?

    I think the first people you need to ask is your Doctor or consultant. Keeping your intake of water up sound sensible as does reducing caffeine which often includes energy drinks and colas of course. But do ask your medical adviser for more detailed do's and dont's and whether the tests gave them any cause for concern

    Caffeine does not always effect heart rate. I drink a lot of coffee yet my heart rate is higher than usual most of the time.
