48hrs post-op and Exparel

I'm officially 48 hours Post-op from surgery. I had prolapse internal haemorrhoids removed. This is my 2nd haemorrhoidectomy, the first being 27 years ago. So far, this recovery is so much different than the first one, which was extremely painful.

This time they gave me a shot of Experel, and so far my pain has been very manageable. I had 2 bowel movements today, which were uncomfortable, but not excruciating. There was a bit of soreness afterward, but that relieved within an hour with a bath and some rest. I'm concerned about my pain level once the Exparel wears off. Does anyone have any experience with Exparel after surgery that they can share with me?
