It's infuriating; paracetamol is one of my best friends. I think it is somewhat related to what I eat and how I sleep, even the position I sleep in -- sometimes it's like what they call a cervical headache, related to the neck.
Do you have tinnitus that acts up in relation to it? Might be linked to cervical degeneration and/or teeth grinding. Sigh, pressing on!

Do you take meds for them? Do you think you might be having rebound headaches?

Hi Toria,
I am in the US midwest, and I have had migraine off and on (mostly on) for the last 10 days.
Weather is a big trigger for me... humidity, and heat, and changing pressure.
Also hormone changes.
Also stress.
If it was aura and headache (like it used to be) I could get by. But the past couple of years, I also ...
lose my appetite
get very anxious
have all-over pain ( not just head)
insomnia
heightened senses (smell/taste/touch/hearing)
it's awful.
What other symptoms do you get?

all the above plus burning skin and vomiting
