no side affects is good as you really don't want to be getting the toilet problems. you may find that you get a bit more windy as time goes on.

as long as you are sticking to the regime of no more than 30g's of total fat per day and no more than 15g's of total fat per meal you will see a difference but everyone is different and changes happen at different times. also the amount of weight you start at makes a difference, also what sort of diet you where on before you started on the low fat diet will also make a difference.

This isn't a miracle cure for weight loss it is an aid to a more healthy style of eating so a life style change and one that needs to be kept to or the weight will just pile back on as I discovered on holiday where being on a \"normal\" food intake upped my weight by 8lbs in just 12 days. Back on the low fat and taking the tablets and back on track now.

You are at the start of your journey and you will get to the high's of the weight loss so give yourself some time to get used to the diet and exercise and reap the benefits.

    Hi Lins

Looks like we started on the same day and like you I've not had any side effects as yet. I think after 2 weeks I'll know for sure whether they are agreeing with me or not but so far so good. :D

I can't believe how much fat is in some of the foods. All this label reading is making our weekly trip to the supermarket a lot longer. :?

give it a few more weeks of extended shopping trips and you'll be able to go into the supermarket and know what foods are good and which are no-no's!
