5 days into Flagyl for BV & TRICH

I'm 23 and never in my life have had problems with throwing off my PH and getting infections. Within the last year I got my first what I thought was a yeast infection (self diagnosed with google research) and the Monistat 1 BURNED. It didn't treat it so I did home remedies; hydrogen peroxide, and garlic cloves ans it went away. I never saw a doctor at this point. Within the year I've gotten it at least 2 more times since it was the thick white cottage cheese like discharge that had me convinced it couldn't be BV or TRICH. I did the home remedies and within a week it went away both times my period came during it once and i believe that's what cleared it. Now 4-6 months down the road I haven't gotten it until almost 2 weeks ago now. I treat it as a yeast infection, decided to try Monistat 1 again, no luck, my home remedies weren't helping either. I went to urgent care after no relief in symptoms after a week. Based off my description of my symptoms the Doctor prescribed me the one time yeast infection pill. I did self swab, so she called the next day telling me I tested positive for BV AND TRICH no yeast at all! I've been on Flagyl (oral) 2 times a day for a week for 4.5 days now, I have 2.5 days left and I noticed the smell is gone and the irritation is gone as well, but I put on a sterile glove stick a finger in to see if I still have the discharge and I do. My discharge is the same it was every other time I had it, (thick, creamy white colored, chunky) and not the thin white or green yellow discharge they describe is common for Trich vs BV. So my problem is 4 days in should the discharge be gone by now or did me reading into all the girls resistant to the medicine make me paranoid!! Thanks for reading please give me some advice and if anyone knows good ways to treat BV & Trich home remedy wise for assistance with the Flagyl.

a quick google search indicates that TYPICALLY white cottage cheese like discharge is a yeast infection, thin white is typically BV, and yellow green is Trich. But as stated in my post my discharge is thicker cottage cheese like but I was swabbed at the urgent care and the results for me is BV & Trich and I don't have the discharge they explain for either.
