Hi,I have tried 5htp and I felt quite dopey for the first few days and had headaches, but I could feel it doing something for me but not a lot. I have now gone onto the ads as I couldn't cope with being anxious all the time and am now on my 22nd day of sertraline. Also rstep u cannot mix 5htp with St. John's wort, I went to holland and Barrett and asked them about everything herbal for anxiety and there r a lot of options. I was given 5htp,b12 complex and omega 3 but unfortunately it didn't do the job for me hense why I'm on sertraline. But 5htp has very good reviews, also i tried kalms and rescue remedy and that actually worked for me for a few months
