I am 5weeks post hemorrhoidcetomy and guy's i have been to hell and back. This has been the most challenging fight in my entire life being that i have faced so much.I had 2 hemorrhoids removed and 2 skin tags.My surgeon told me one hemorrhoid was very big.

Week one-I had so my swelling all around my but but i figured it would get better and the pain was manageable. then suddenly my stiches ripped and i bleed so much.

Week 2.The place i had skin tag removed is where the stitches ripped and the swelling was worse.I went to my two weeks post op check up and the doc said their was a tear but the healing would start from the edges so i was okay. And guy's i have not been constipated till here, just 3-4 bms daily.

Week 3-terrible constipation am telling you which led to the area tearing again.Jesus.I was told the take dulcolax laxatives which gave me terible diarrhea that night...i slept in the bathroom.

Week four- was okayish but just minimal bleeding, and pain.Telling myself it will get better.

week five-Today,my bm in the morning was not hard but the amount of blood that i saw made me think i was having my period.I called my doc immediately and he told me to see him asap.He checked me and said i had developed 2 fissures at the front and back. The area he cut the skin tag is still swollen and it might go away or not.Guy's i was so astonished by this news i almost fainted.I can't believe after 5 weeks am this bad.He gave me antibiotics and anustat.I just got home and cried so much.

I followed all instructions religious and still this happened. From doing sitz bath 3 times a day to lying horizontally for 2weeks which my surgeon told me i should only do for 3days.My surgeon is always a call away and i can see him anytime i want but my body is just not cooperating with.

Has anyone experienced this and did it get better?please guy's i will appreciate any feedback
