51 unexplained dizziness and taken every test plz help

I am 51 and in great shape until 6 months ago I have a dizziness 24/7 and can't get any answers to what's causing the issue let me list the test so far . CT head with contrast _CTA head with contrast / CTA neck with contrast/ ECG 12 lead

ECG ED preliminary interpretation/ MRI brain without contrast / Transthroacic Echocrodcardiogram/ xray chest ...multiple blood testing urine.. simple eye exams and absolutely nothing but throwing medication and still nothing is helping ! The exact feeling I am having is pressure on the right eye 👁 the right side of brain feels foggy and hard to focus I no it seems simple but it is causing my life to crumble because there is no help and no answers. so if there is anyone that can plz make any suggestions on what I can do or or testing I am open to try anything! I even did acupuncture and no progress

    Hi, Melissa, sorry you have this horrible dizziness. I have vestibular migraine with 24/7 vertigo too and went through all of these tests and they didn't find anything till i went to the right hospital.

    until then, maybe you can get rid anything that may be making it even worse.

    i had to go on a special diet free of caffeine ,dairy and citrus.

    see what you are eating and see if it makes you feel worse or not. less sugar and salt .

    what about your enviroment. Try to not use airfreshners and chemicals. No exhaust fans.

    Just open windows and don't use bleach or strong fragrances. No candles, no furniture polish etc.

    same goes for hygiene, no sprays or talc to breath in.

    i dont know if you wear glasses, but if you do do, you should get a good optician to examine your eyes, sometimes they can find things.

    food: No caffeine.

    No sweetners.

    less sugar and salt.

    No alcohol.

    i hope this helps a little bit, but i would keep asking the doctor even if they keep saying no, or they dont know whats wrong.

    Symptoms of anxiety possibly. It could be sleep issues or stress levels or blood flow or eating habits. Hope i lead you in the right direction at least.
