Been thinking of trying 5HTP in conjunction with my AD's (Venlefaxine), just wondering if anyone has experience good or bad with it?
Also thinking of trying Kalms.
Done the Niacin challenge abd didn't feel any different....

I would strongly advise against mixing tryptophan with any antidepressant (SSRI or snri) due to the theoretical risk of serotonin syndrome. That said, I know people do take this combination, but seek your doctor's advice first. Kalms will be fine. Do you mind me asking, what is the niacin challenge?
