5htp causing unwanted weight loss and stomach pain?

Hey guys

I hope all is well.

i am 26 and recently been taking 5htp as an attempt to overcome depression and low serotonin from anti coagulants i have to take

however i have noticed it is causing me weight loss which i dont want and stomach pains, among other things.

how do i overcome this and how can i fix this issue as i need it from the awful side effects of the blood thinners for which it does help?
