5th day of dose increase

I was on citalopram for 10 weeks on 10mg but on sunday i increased to 20mg on GP advice! The first 2 days i didnt notice any side effects but the last 2 days the usual have come back daily nausea/dizziness and heightened anxiety. How long should i expect to see these for again? I feel like i did when i first started citalopram!

    hi

i get this too, it's like a delayed reaction. i'm on 7.5mg a day and increased, today, by only 2.5mg just to ease the awful side effects.

    hi lauren

everytime you increase or decrease you will get side effects......the same horrible feelings,

you just gotta hold tight & ride it out, you can helpyourself by being mindfull, eat a healthy diet, excercise and get a good nights sleep. a good nights sleep can never be under estimated as to how powerful a weapon it can be in your arsenal to help recovery & everyday function

    hope your good rob
