Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting about something like this online. My name is Stormy. Im 24 years old and About 3 months ago, i started having vaginal burning, along with some blood in my urine ( which i could only see it on the toilet paper since it was just a little). It lasted 2 days and went away. 2 months ago, it happened again and lasted a day. I am currenrly having that burning now ONCE again. Ive been to 3 different doctors who tested for everything and everything came back negative for any sort of problem or infection, or STD. My husband and I truck over the road so i never got to a doctor right away when these symptoms happened. Was always 2 weeks later.Azo does help the burning sensation which is why i kept thinking it was a uti. The first time i had the burning sensation, two lymph nodes swelled in my neck and one near my collarbone. None in my groin area. Im not sure if that is related, but they appeared at the same time. Because of my health anxiety, i had them do an ultrasound of my nodes which he said looked completely normal and were not suspicious. Can ANYONE relate to this, or tell me what i should do next? My lymph nodes are still swollen, but have gone down. I went back to 2 different doctors and they reassured me everything was fine. Had blood test, urine test, ultrasounds and they cant find anything wrong!

    Hi,

I had polyps which made me bleed beween periods but they were able tk see that on ultrasound.Bleeding and spotting can be associated with pregnancy and cervical cancer.peeing what looks like blood could be uti or urethritis i think its spelled that way too.If your doctors say you are fine and they tried antibiotics then i think you have nothing to worry about.I would get another opinion just to be on the save side but everything you are describing could be sign of simple ovulation.Did you try and monitor it to see if it happens on the specific days like exact time after your period?

If it were me, I would ask for more diagnostic  tests: a complete blood panel, including white blood cell count (which, if high, will tell you whether you have an infection), another urinalysis, and this time insist that the sample be sent to a lab that checks for the presence of bacterial DNA. (This test is much more accurate than traditional ones.) Also, you might want to find a different doctor; these symptoms, especially the swollen lymph nodes, suggest that your immune system is fighting something, and you need a doctor who will keep looking until she/he finds the problem. Best wishes to you.
