6 months after open myomectomy

I was always in pain before and after period it only gives me relief with injectable pain killer and on some of the days I took oral pain killer every 4 hours.... it was depressing I went to different doctors and they keep saying nothing is wrong, instead they keep insisting for me to get pregnant ( I was married for 4 years with no kids)... they keep giving me hormones med.... but still the pain is getting worse that I had hot compress on my butt and lower abdomen. my bleeding was also worst that every one hour I have to change coz I am soaking wet... with all that symptoms no doctor gave me the answer...

Until i visit my husband country, there I meet the only one who I think will save me from getting crazy bec. of the pain.... in one glance she told me I have 12cm fibroid and the only way to remove it was open myomectomy. I did not think twice. we schedule the operation 2 days after I was diagnosed, it took 4 hours because I was so lucky that I only not have fibroids but stage 2 endometriosis... the recovery was astonishing, dr. told me that I have to suppress my hormones and period for 5 months for total recovery.... (by the way I went back to work)

hence now after 5 months in hormones and 1 month free of period... this is my first time to feel it again but I was so happy that there was no pain like before but the dizziness and tiredness was killing me. can you share you thoughts.... I was back to a country where Dr. dosen't care about patients. ( this is not also my country nor my husband)
