6 months full abdominal hysterectomy

Hi everyone not been on here a while! Does anyone have experience of pain 6 months after op! I've had a full abdominal hysterectomy, I'm getting bad menopausal symptoms but tight painful aches in my stomach, I'm still shattered :-( but I do have a stressful job which doesn't help

    Hi Karen,

    I've been wondering how you've been doing!  I'm sorry to learn you're in pain.  What's the pain like? And, from where is it coming?

      Hi Lynda I'm just really ache and tummy hurts to touch plus bad bad ache :-( it's taking some getting over... how's you? X

      Were you given any exercises to do?  Sometimes that helps.  As for me.  I'm recovering bit by bit.  Almost a year since I had mine, and I still get twinges from time to time in my incision sites.  xx
