6 week weigh in!!!

Hello everyone!

I get weighed every three weeks today was my second, 6lb off, that's 16lb in six weeks, I am so happy I feel fantastic, g feel like my inches, bloatedNess is going faster than the pounds. but my real achievement more than the weightloss is my change in attitude towards food, I also took my dog on a two hour walk lastnight, he's only used to 15 mins. We were both knackered! don't know who was panting more.

so I started this lifestyle change at 19 stone, I am now 17.12. getting into the next stone bracket feels great, I'm hoping for another stone gone in six weeks. We all loose weight at different rates and it makes me sad when people moan when it doesn't immediately fall off, none of us got in this state in two weeks and we certainly won't be getting out of it in two weeks, they're not miracle pills we have to put alot of work in too.

The forum has been a great support as a whole and as individual support, you know who you are. Thanks to you all. good luck on your journey.

Love and gratitude kate. Xx

    Hi Kate,

wel done on your loss, i dont usually comment on hear, i just read, but what you have said is so TRUE, it will take time to loose the weight BUT some people on hear think all they have to do is start taking the tablets and after one tablet expect lbs of weight to have fallen off without any work,

i have been on them 4 months now and so far lost just a little over 2st {when i weighed myself last week} but have the official weigh-in in the morning with the GP

i, like most people on hear would like to loose faster than i am, but due to mobility and other problems i cant do many exercises to help with the loss so it will take longer for me to loose, but hey, i would rather loose slowly than not at all, and as the lovely Britney who posts on hear says any loss is GREAT. and i agree with her, be it 1lb or 1st loss people need to be satisfied that they have lost and NOT put on

so keep up the good work

    Jim
