That's perfectly normal and seems how recovery works. Feeling well will come and go - sometimes it lasts minutes, then days, weeks etc and the anxiety and all its side effects will come back in between until eventually feeling well becomes more and more permanent and anxiety stays away.

Just keep going and try not to worry when all symptoms comes back. They're temporary. Recovery is beginning to work for you.

Hi tina, do you mean you feel kind of spaced out? If so, i felt like that too in the early weeks, it does pass xx

yeah its a kind of spaced out feeling i have only started to get it in the 6th week. had it about 3 days now hoping i wake up tomorrow and it will have eased. I feel more at ease knowing im not the only one to feel like this. Its a very weird feeling and hard to distract myself from it.

Definitely try the 20 mgs! I lnow everyone is different but it treats me very well I started on 10 also Try the 20Youve been on 10 long enough that you most likely will not have any bad side effects!

Yes 10mg might be the dose for you and always worth sticking with one dose for a long time. If however you find you need to increase ask your Doctor to first go to 15mg as it will be easier on the side effects (though you might not get them by just increasing by only 5mg).

It took me 6 months to recover, but from about 3 months on was when I began noticing changes. Throughout the 6 months the anxiety came back time after time (blips) but it got easier. Finally it stopped.

Just let the meds take as long as they need to.

      Hope all goes ok.

I think sticking to the 10ml dose for now is a very good idea. It takes 4-6 wks for it to settle into your system so from here on the side effects should lessen. If you feel spaced on 10ml then uping your dose will only make that worse, I strongly recommend trying to keep your dosage as low as possible. I've been on 40ml and 60ml over the past 9 years off and on so I speak from experience. Aside from doctors, never listen to anyone that reccomends going for a higher dose with exclamation points. Just saying. Wish you all the best in feeling better
