Hi I have been on sertraline for 6 weeks in total now. 4 weeks on 50mg and 2 weeks on 100mg but I don't feel any better I still get anxious and worry about nothing. Do I carry on or ask my doctor to change AD? Thanks

Are you having any times that you feel you're dealing a bit better? Ask your friends and family members if they notice a difference in you at all. My psychiatrist told me something that really stuck and that is even if you think you're not doing better, other people will notice a difference in you before you do.

Chin up girl, you'll be so over the moon when you start to feel a real difference. It's like so much weight lifted off your shoulders. It helps me to talk to people like you, it's keeps my own anxiety away for a bit, so thanks

Thank you. I have been tempted to stop but I'll hang in there. Just don't like the feeling numb part. I used to be a cry baby.

It gets so much better!! If you can hang in there, which I'm pretty sure you can, you'll feel so good when they get into your system
