2- it comes and goes in severity but is always there

i have had 6 doctors tell me its epididymitis  and fill me with antibiotics for years and it doesn't work

    Hello Logan,

Your problem is very common and I have it too.

First did you try the antibiotic Keflex?  It is designed for our condition, epdidimytis and it works very well.

Next, you can get what is called a scrotal nerve block injected into the epididymis. You can look it up on the internet. It is simple and can provide relief for several months and is then done again if necessary.

Lastly, I have the cysts too. It is important to wear snug fitting underpants to keep the cysts from being hit. I wear a high quality jog strap which really helps.

When the pain starts I take 2 Tylenol with codein and 2 nsaids and that helps.

    Good luck.

    Howard
