I had a Hysterectomy 6wks ago and have been feel great until Sunday.... Have cramping periody type pain since.... Had all clear from gyny
I've been walking most days, and don't feel like I'm doing too much...
we had sex for the first time on Saturday night and there was a tiny little bit of blood but felt fine, pain started in afternoon xx

it could be the sex. I was advised to use lube and be very gentle. I didn't want sex till after 3 months and even then I was very scared of damag9 the vag cuff at the top.
I would speak to yiur consultant who will know exactly the issue.
even now it worries me after nearly 2 yrs but I recovered really smoothy. xxx
