Has any one got well on 7.5mg mitazapine, without updoseING frightened to go any higher as I did try but was waking up 3am, really bad dreams as well, 7 weeks now ,

    Im 3 weeks on 7.5 now, better every day. All the best 👍

      That's a low dose Brenda, I'm hoping to go down to that dose and wean myself off.

    I started on 15mg for a week and increased it to 30mg, have gone back down to 15mg as I felt so tired during the day.

    I’m totally of it now been about 6 weeks went down to 7.5 then swapped to nortripyline works awesome no weight gaining helps me sleep recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia so I’m pain medication now and I also take a Valium if I can’t sleep which helps a lot ❤️
