so.....after 6 months I went to France in a Caravan. I felt tired about 3 days in i think it was due to the traveling and then I steadily improved. Rest definitely helped then i went back to work. The night before a fever returned and i had a poor nights sleep. I also attended Wolves V Man U (wolves aye we) as id got a ticket. Tuesday i was done in, Fatigued and irritable. However ive noticed the fatigue comes closer after the action now so should be easier to control. it was random before.

one question...if i have a bad sleep symptoms subside immediately after for a day or so and then appear later .Does this happen for others?

    Hey William,

I definitely think it can be common for your body and symptoms to be affected by different patterns of activity and rest - this is very normal and I think it can be very unique to everyone's own body and experience how they respond. I remember even after getting lots of sleep that I almost felt more lethargic and tired that day or two in a strange way, just felt like your body was beaten up by the virus it was horrible!

Just watch you don't overdo things, it's great you managed to get a holiday and to go to the football, brilliant, I seen some of the Wolves v Man U game on the tv. Remember just listen to your body and rest when you need to and try to remove stress as much as possible.

And a word of encouragement - this thing does completely get better - it was about 10 months before I really started to see and feel a major breakthrough towards full recovery, so hang in there - the first 6 months were BY FAR the worst in my experience, and hoping and praying things will get better from here on in for you - but don't panic if it's still a few months before you feel much better, because you will get there and back to full health again with time! Everyone's recovery timescale is different though, some seem to recover quicker than others, but just to reassure it is very normal still to be feeling this way after 6 months and also equally normal to go on and make a FULL and complete recovery after that. Hang in there.

when I overdo it,I feel pretty normal the next day and then only later I crash. I think its immunity not workinh properly and then starting to work later. because most symptoms are actually because of your immunity fighting the virus, not the virus itself
