i have been getting red spots after sex for the past 5 months treated with anti fungals and now without sex for past month it has come back it seems to be the veins that get inflamed and then red spots in the area but the veins get very red and cluster on foreskin and glans.
skin feels dry and thinner now. i only use warm water when washing and keep clean all the time after peeing. tryed everything from anti fungals to coconut oil and tea tree oil.

Hi John
It is best to request a full STD check just to be on the safe side. Pls update

Jaime did you also request HSV 1 and 2 test as they are usually not included in the routine check ups unless requested or you have classic symptoms.

Hi John
Basic STI does not include everything such as HSV1 and 2

You may have been in a cycle of reinfection while you were having sex, and sometimes yeast / fungal and bacterial infections are really difficult to shift.
What you may need is a combined antifungal, antibacterial and steroid - one that I know of is trimovate.
I would suggest the tea tree oil is a too strong for penile skin.
You may ultimately need to see a Dermatologist that deals with Genital Skin Disorders to find a cure for this.

Thats what i thought originally but even without sex i still get minor symptoms then with sex it flares up within two days

Your penile skin may have developed a sensitivity to something that it is in regular contact with - during sex or masturbation the impact will be multiplied because of the friction action that is taking place ....
