7 months post advancement flap and hemorrhoids still have problems

hey yall. I had delt with fissures for Years. finally after so many problems i decided to have the surgery. Sept 11 of 2020 i had the hemmaroidextomy, and advancement flap surgery to fix fissures. From the start i had so much pain. I have had only a few good days with very little bowel movement pain. I had an awful stomach virus a few weeks ago with horrible direahea and it has caused pain even more. Today i had bleeding with BM! Way more then a few drops. Anyone else experience this? I feel like im never gonna get better
