7 months postpartum. Lots of periods

I know it takes a full year at least for hormones to go back to normal. But I started tracking my periods in February (gave birth at the end of October). my periods came back right away. Some periods are two weeks apart or less. I just got done with my period and now (June 4th) it started again. Should I be concerned? Does anyone have experience with this many periods? I will post pictures of my period tracker.
