After 7 mths post opp on TRK apart from being slightly stiff, I am very uncomfortable when I am in bed at night. It's Not a pain, but feels very tight .when I am on my side it feels as tho it's dropping . Anyone else have problem in Bed?

Im 15 weeks and i understand your dropping feeling. i have a small long pillow that i position for my TkR knee to stop the dropping feeling. If i am changing sides I support the TKR knee with the other leg. i move slowly to avoid tge dropping feeling and pain.

im 7 months as well! MY Pt said it us scar tissue rub it out with tennis ball
