7 weeks 4 Days On 40mg Fluoxetine still heart palputations all day and not leaving the house

i feel a little better but i still have heart palputations constantly theoughout the day ive had about 10 20 minutes a few times where the palputations have stopped but then come back again does this mean they will go but i just have to give it time, My moods also better but have a few days where i dip then have a breakthrough again only to dip again. is 7 weeks to early for me to feel motivation to leave the house again
