7 weeks from a non-invasive hysterectomy

The details are My Dr is awesome . And my husband has been amazing through this whole thing. However, we are all three getting fed up.
I didn't bleed at all after my surgery. Not until the Friday before I went in Monday for my 2 week check-up. And it was ungodly so much blood that I was passing out and I've never passed out from blood mine ;or anyone else's. After being admitted to the hospital, we learned it was just post op blood getting out of my body - which we were told nothing about because it doesn't happen to women; normally your body absorbs the blood. After the CT scan and my blood levels were okay they let me go home. The rush was because I lost so much blood in such a short time frame my blood pressure had dropped tremendously and I was bleeding out.( I will say it was very uncalled for, for the nurses to look at my husband and ask him if we tried something too early. (I thought that was rude and insulted us both. But I was on Dilaudid by that point so I was mean.)
Next complication 2 weeks ago, on a Wednesday, I just started bleeding. I was in the car going to see my mom. I started hurting and I knew I was bleeding, because I could feel it dripping through my clothes to my seat. Made it to my moms, and she freaked. Of course I was light-headed and weak very weak, but I had to drive 45 minutes back home 2 get my husband because I was alone. And my mother would not drive me. After some very disturbing clots and fresh blood coming out of me (and going through a pad in 20 for it to reach the seats, I was at the Dr, within the hour. He suctioned all the blood out and said it would stop within a day or two. He gave me painkillers to take the edge off because my blood pressure IS very low. But it did not stop bleeding. So two days later I was back in his office and he performed a procedure with modified cells to stop the bleeding. And it did work. That was on Thursday of that week and it was wonderful until my body rejected the cells on Sunday.
I continue to bleed after that but not enough to fill up a pad in an hour. So, I was fine. But, now I have to call in everyday - and have continued to do so since that day.
I live in Alabama. The governor Kay Ivey, has declared a state of emergency because of the flu epidemic here. I I woke up on Friday feeling like complete crap and running a fever. My whole entire body hurts breast and all. I went to my regular doctor on Saturday. I tested negative for the flu and strep and nothing's wrong with my chest. He gave me Levaquin saying that if I had any type of infection, anywhere, it would clear it up.
Today is Wednesday. I still have a temperature, still feel like crap, but now my stomach is actually swollen where my incisions are. I tested negative for the flu again. But my blood work came back saying I was fighting off an infection. If it had been anything upper respiratory that they missed or strep or anything along those lines it would have been cleared by now.
So I negotiated them into letting me come in tomorrow. I will see a different doctor because my doctor is off. (His father saved my life with my first child, so therefore I trust him implicitly. But, he will not be there. So I will see another doctor in his place. That will be tough for me.) However, maybe a set of fresh eyes will find where the bleeding is coming from- being that I'm still bleeding fresh blood and not brown old blood.
Like I said it was 7 weeks yesterday. But I think I have an infection because nothing else has helped.
I could really use a reply tonight. So I won't be scared about having the section where my uterus used to be possibly being infected. Because I can feel it in my stomach- the pain, the tenderness. Everything was well and now it's not.
This is my first post ever. So, if anyone will help me understand why 7 weeks and one day, I have a fever and possibly an infection - what happens after that and if I do or when I do, what will happen? Has anyone else gone through this in such a late stage of post-op?
Thank you for helping in advance. And thank you for your honesty.

Hi Krystal, this must be very scary for you. I'm no expert but I'm surprised you were driving so soon after your surgery. In the UK we are advised no driving or lifting anything heavier than a kettle for 6 to 8 weeks. It is early days, an organ has been removed and your insides need time to adjust. Your internal stitches need that time to heal. Like Karmaway says, a scan would check up on the internal healing and antibiotics for any possible infection.
Ask your doctors about healing and resting time.
Good luck and keep us posted x
